country, please write us an email.

with fujara (other instruments, CDs, merch etc) shipping price will
remain the same!
Q. If I order how I can be sure that
my fujara will have professional sound quality?
A. Each instrument we offer is proved by Nadishana
for sound quality.
Each instrument will be carefully choosen and checked and if you want its sound
will be recorded for you. So you will get the sound of YOUR instrument
by email in mp3 format before delievery and can check the quality
of the sound of YOUR instrument yourself.
Please note that our intention is to provide you a professional instrument,
not a souvenir, and we fully bear responsibility for the quality we
offer.
Q. Why you charge
90 euro just for PVC tubes? Everyone can go to the shop, buy some
PVC and make fujara in a couple of hours!
A. Then go ahead and make it;).
We take this price not for the PVC tubes. This is the price of professional
sound quality and accurate tuning which is achieved during the years
of playing, experience and research.
Please note that we're not making bulk manufacturing. Each fujara
is hand made and has individual sound. The luthier who builds futuristic
fujaras and futujaras (Max
Brumberg) is a professional maker of the wooden fujaras
for many years.
If you get the instrument from us, it means that you get a high quality
instrument which you can use either professionally in studio or on
stage, or for learning purposes.
Among our customers there are some people who had made their own fujara
from PVC and bamboo. Then they bought PVC fujaras or futujaras from
us because they can't achieve the same sound quality and playability.
Q. How long it takes
until you ship my fujara?
A. It depends if we have requested kind of fujara in stock or we have
to manufacture it. Usually it takes from 2 days to 1 week.
Q. How long it takes
to get a parcel once it have been shipped?
A. From 4 days till 2,5 weeks depending on your location. There were
couple of cases when parcel was - 3 or 4 weeks on the way to USA ,
Australia or Brasil. With other countries it seems to work quicker.
Q. Which company
do you use for shipment? Can I get my tracking number?
A. We use the DHL service and we ship as DHL Paket (insured).
Our customers and we are satisfied with the DHL service quality. No
parcel was lost or broken till now. You can get shipping number if
you live in Europe, we provide it to you in the mail with confirmation

For some reason German DHL don't provide tracking outside Europe.
But it is still possible to get information about your parcel with
DHL telephone servicenumber trhough the Paket number, which will be
provided to you from us.
Please note, that we are always ready to help you by tracking your

Q. My parcel was shipped (...) days ago and
I still didn't get it! Is it possible that it got lost???
A. It never happened till now. There DHL Paket parcel we sent
were never lost. However there was 2 cases (one in Italy, another
in Sweden) when DHL staff didn't reach the customer at home and they
just put the parcel at the nearest post office without notification
for the customer. So please go to you nearest post office and ask
there. DHL will keep your parcel there for 2 weeks.
In any case if you know that flute was shipped and you might receive
it but you didn't, don't hesitate to contact us and we call to DHL
to track your parcel.
Q. How long it takes
to produce a painted fujara?
A. About 7-10 days depending on ammount of current orders.
Q. Has the sound
of your fujara the same level of loudness as traditional wooden fujara?
A. D/C set has the same level of loudness as top quality traditional
fujaras. A/G set has the same loudness or is slightly more quiet than
some traditional fujaras.
Q. What about
the tuning?
A. Our fujaras are very well tuned in western tempered system, because
they intented to be used in arrangements in combination with other
instruments. Very few of traditional slovak fujaras are well tuned
in western tempered scale because traditionaly the distances between
the playing holes are the same for some reason.
