Dear friends, we're excited to let you know that we recently started a new project. Nadishana and David Kuckhermann decided to join forces and have been working on a new program. Recently they were on tour in Germany and Russia and here is the result: the new live album of the duo, "Live at the Moscow Hang festival". It's available as DVD, CD or MP3 download from Bandcamp.

Studio version of the Gurgang tune from "Far&Near" CD of Nadishana Trio Nadishana - altaian khomus Armin Metz - 6-string bass According to ancient Kuzhebar mythology, the Gurgang tree starts to glow 2 times a year. That happens during the periods of maximal solar activity. Traditionally in that time the "Shuol Khymat " ritual takes place near that tree

Кхубонаннух - дух-хранитель маленького острова расположенного в Сиамском заливе Южно-Китайского моря.

Согласно легендам Кхубананнух овивает своим телом весь остров. Голова его находится на западной части острова, а хвост уходит в море, очерчивая зону его владений. По утрам на прибрежном песке появляются странные следы. Говорят, что это не ведающий сна Кхубананнух выходит под покровом ночи, чутко прислушиваясь к тому, что происходит на острове.

Кхубананнух добр ко всем обитателям острова, но грозен для любого, кто приходит с дурными намерениями и может навредить острову и островетянам. Последнее время у Кхубонаннуха появилась новая забота - охранять остров от коммерческого туризма, пока что он справляется:)

Khubonannuh is a protecting spirit of a small island in Gulf of Siam of the South China Sea.

The legends say that this spirit is very big and its body enrings the island like a snake. The head of Khubanannuh is on the western part of the... island and its tail goes to the sea, creating boarders of its posessions - the protected living zone for people, animals and plants. In the morning one can see strange traces on the sand of the seashore. People say it is Khubanannuh coming out of the sea to check its land.

  Khubanannuh is very kind to all beengs of the island but can be very dangerous for those who come with bad intentions. Last time Khubonnanuh has a new duty - to protect the island against commercial tourism and the spirit seems to be really competent in it.:)
